Paul Sackey became the latest high-profile English player to move to France on Thursday when he signed a two-year contract with Toulon, the Top 14 club announced.
The 30-year-old winger from English Premiership side London Wasps has 22 caps to his name and made his last international appearance against Ireland in February 2009.
His signing looks likely to spell an end to speculation linking Toulon with a move for Wales international winger Shane Williams.
Sackey will link up with countrymen Tom May, Joe El-Abd and England international fly-half Jonny Wilkinson, who joined the southern French side from Newcastle in May 2009.
Wilkinson's current England team-mates Steve Thompson (Brive), Tom Palmer, James Haskell (both Stade Francais) and Riki Flutey (Brive) all play their rugby in the Top 14.
